Really good service and well-designed interiors

My stay began with an airport pickup arranged by the Riad. I walked the last ten minutes of the route. The staff was thoughtful and always addressed me by name. Breakfast was substantial, Moroccan-style, served on the roof terrace as the sun warmed up.

The doors did not lock well, leaving a small gap, which affected soundproofing from the courtyard. I could hear sounds at night when other guests returned.

The team was helpful. They assisted with local attractions and transportation. I appreciated their warmth and dedication to making my stay nice. Every request was addressed with a smile and genuine care.

the location was acceptable, it gave easy access to the medina.

i was disappointed with the room. the door did not lock properly, it left a small gap. i could hear everything from the courtyard. breakfast was basic too, eggs cost extra and i could not have more pancakes as the chef only made a certain amount per table.
